Her journey in design and construction began in 2002, when she enrolled in the Architectural Drafting & Design Technology program at Doña Ana Community College. Since then, she has successfully completed numerous high-end residential and commercial projects, becoming known for her innovative designs, luxurious finishes, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Lizeth takes pride in working closely with clients to bring their visions to life, ensuring each project reflects their lifestyle and unique preferences.

Her expertise extends beyond residential design. For over 20 years, Lizeth served as Head Estimator and Project Manager, where she managed bidding, estimating, and oversaw projects for commercial, residential, and multi-family developments.

Through Monarca Designs LLC, she offers comprehensive CAD design and construction services, including construction documents, material takeoffs, cost estimation, and full project management.

With a passion for design innovation and sustainable building practices, Lizeth continues to set the standard in the Las Cruces construction industry—delivering high-quality, custom-designed homes and commercial projects with a strong commitment to excellence.
